This month, Fine Art America interviewed a local, Los Angeles watercolor artist: David Lloyd Glover. We were excited to learn more about his background, his paintings, and his experience using Fine Art America to sell prints of his artwork online.

Born in Vancouver, David started out drawing in school at a young age. His doodles and illustrations caught the attention of his teachers and local business owners and, eventually, landed him a job as an illustrator at a local newspaper. Years later, when he expanded into watercolor paintings, fine art galleries from all over the world began reaching out to David about representation.

Today, David sells all over the world, and his works have been featured in solo shows at major galleries in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. David is best known for his botanical landscapes and paintings of jazz musicians and celebrity pop icons.
